You're About to be Redirected to the New Home of Ground Control to Major Mom: 110

I removed 31 more batteries tonight, from Jake's electronic keyboard and Timmy's 8 (count 'em: EIGHT) Shake 'n Go cars. Wendy reminded me about each of those cars having 3 AA batteries! Phew, I almost forgot!

So the current battery count is 110.

Dang sis! I don't think we even have 50 batteries in our house, lol. Good luck with the rest of the packing!

You should count the number of those 'power packs' you have. For Earth Hour March 29th I unplugged 15 of them in my house. Not exactly the same as removing batteries for the movers, but it's funny how many 'things' we have around the house that are powered by batteries or those power packs.

That's a very good point. I never thought about the power packs. We keep most of them plugged into power strips that we shut off at night (computer, router, tv, etc). My boys have a bad habit of leaving the gameboy/nintendo ds rechargers plugged into the wall.
